The Concepts tab
In the Text Analytics Workbench, you can use the Concepts tab to create and explore concepts as well as explore and tweak the extraction results.
Concepts pane
When you select a row (a concept) in the pane, you can then display information about corresponding documents/records or descriptors.
You can also click the Filter icon to filter the concepts that are displayed. With no concepts selected, you can click the Settings icon to change the extraction settings. For more information, see Setting options.
Preview pane
The Preview pane presents a table containing the documents or records corresponding to the concept you select. Depending on what you select, only the corresponding text appears in the Preview pane.
When you select a concept, the corresponding documents or records show the concepts highlighted in color to help you easily identify them in the text. You can also hover over color-coded items to see a tooltip that shows the name of the concept under which it was extracted and the type to which it was assigned.
Searching the Concepts tab
To locate information quickly in a particular section:
- Click the Find icon on the Concepts tab to display the search field.
- Type the word string you want to search for. You can use the up and down arrow buttons to control the direction of your search. If a match is found, the text is highlighted.
- To look for the next match, click the arrow button again.
