Configuring master data in IBM Match 360

Data engineers can use the IBM Match 360 service's configuration capabilities to load and publish data, customize the data types, configure the matching capabilities of the system, and run matching to create master data entities.
- Required permissions
- To configure a master data instance, you must be a member of the DataEngineer user group for the IBM Match 360 service.
To access the configuration tools, click Go to configuration from the master data home page or choose Configuration overview from the navigation menu. If you do not have permission to configure an instance, you will not see any configuration options in your navigation menu.

- Customizing your data types
- Adding data and mapping it to your data types
- Connecting data to IBM Match 360
- Adding master data from InfoSphere MDM
- Defining attribute composition rules
- Matching your data to create master data entities
- Customizing and strengthening your matching algorithm

- Saving and loading master data configuration snapshots
- Managing IBM Match 360 jobs
