I-9 Form

Form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification) is used by U.S. employers to verify an employee’s identity and legal authorization to work. While official I-9 documentation spans multiple pages including instructions, businesses often store only the completed single-page section containing the employee’s details and verification data.
